Release Notes for ProValues 2.0

Over the past few months, the team has been hard at work implementing feedback from ProValues users who offered their perspectives on how to make the tool better than ever. We're excited to release several new changes that we hope will improve your experience, including:

Group Logins: We heard from several groups about the desire to benchmark results for their teams or entire organization. As a result, we have introduced Group Logins. This new structure allows us to share the number of employees taking the assessment, key values identified, and aggregate satisfaction scores for your team.

Surveyed Demographic Data: As we look to provide our individual and group users more insights, we have introduced a demographics section for the exercise. This gives us a better understanding of our user-base and will allow us to help our clients to benchmark values critical to different demographic groups. Note: insights will be in beta phase for the first six months.

Quicker Responses: We are able to provide quick responses for you to provide analysis on your organization. By extracting data in a timely way, we can provide you with more thoughtful visualizations and insights.

More digestible results: Users have always had access to a personalized 20-page report. We learned from your feedback that there were some valuable quick-wins that we could share on-screen immediately after users completed their exercise. They will now be directed to a interactive pages on the website that showcase their top values and top-ranked roles. This immediate feedback will be linked to detailed next steps, and is available as soon as a user finishes the exercise.

Ability For Users to Denote their Current Role: We wanted the user to be able to identify one role as their current position. This will provide individual users with better benchmarks between current and other past roles. It will also allow us to conduct more detailed analysis for companies where employees have held multiple roles. Users now have the opportunity to denote their current role.

Reassessing Score Values: Prior to this change, users were only allowed to score values for potential roles 1-5 but now they have the option to remind themselves to reassess a value as they learn more. This is helpful as many users seek out more information after scoring values, and can now re-evaluate what they entered.

New Stripe Checkout Integration: Previously, users could only pay for their report using PayPal. Adding the stripe checkout creates a customizable payment page so users can quickly pay on desktop and mobile devices. Several organizations will be offering ProValues to their employees as part of a continuing education / career development program and this straightforward payment mechanism will make for a simpler experience for everyone!
